Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your items, provided the goods are unused and unworn for resale.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Customers are responsible for returning items.
• If the size isn’t right, we’re happy to offer an exchange.
• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, get in touch with us first. We'll assess each situation individually and make it right.
• Please don't send anything back without opening a dialogue with us first. It helps us keep track of your order and make sure you're looked after properly.
• When returning an item, include a short note with your name and order number so we know exactly who it's from.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected
