We’re a small, family-run brand and every order still gets packed by us. Most orders ship the same day or the next working day. If there's ever a delay, usually because we're off shooting imagery or visiting manufacturers, we'll try our best to make that clear on the site and on social.

UK SHIPPING

• Free shipping on all UK orders.

• Everything ships Royal Mail Tracked 24 as standard.
  

• Orders usually go out within 1-2 working days, unless it's a pre-order (we'll always say if it is).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Free international shipping on orders above £50.

• Delivered via Royal Mail International Tracked.

• Orders under £50 show a clear flat rate at checkout.

Europe
Import VAT and duties can still apply depending on where you live. If we can cover charges on our side, we will.

USA

Customs and duties are include. No surprise fees when it lands. 

Canada

Customs and import duties may still apply on delivery. If we can handle it on our end, we will.

Shipping is one of the messiest parts of running a small brand, especially internationally. We're doing our best to keep it simple, fair, and honest without cutting corners elsewhere.
